Cell phones

A month ago, my principal decided that students would not be allowed to bring cell phones to school. I think that my principal is right, and his decision will improve our lives at school, and without cell phones our grades will imporve.

Cell pones are very distracting, and if we don't pay attention, it becomes the center of our lives. When the phones are taken to school by us it can disturb our studies), we hurt ourselves and our grades go down.

Another reason for the new rule in my school is that students use their cell phones to copy in tests. They send messages to one another with the 'assistance' of the phones, Start a new sentence in the messages that they send, they write the answers for the test. This action is not, and I am sure that this not the goal of the text messages in the cell-phone.

In conclusion, I think that the new rule that forbids bringing cell-phones to school, is very good and important, and I believe that this rule will improve our grades.

Dear Viki

5.11.09

Dear Viki,

Hi, how are you? Are you enjoying your trip?
Sorry I haven't written you for a long time because I was busy trying to convince my parents to go on a trip to Turkey. You're probably asking yourself why I need to convince them, so here is the reason for that. They think that I am not responsible enough.

Last week, I went to sleep when I was supposed to learn for a test. My mom was very angry and disappointed with my behavior. She didn't understand that I was very tired, and I always go to sleep in the afternoon.

I always have a problem with my biological clock. For example, My and my brother sleep in the same room, I always wake up very late and he always wakes up very early. When he wakes up he makes a lot of noise when I steel sleepung...it is nerve-racking.

Finally, I hope that my biological clock will change because I can’t stand the differences between my biological clock and my brother's biological clock any more… I have to learn how to cope with the situation.

Sorry, but I have to finish.

Hope to hear from you again,
Amit
This is better.

light bulb

Have you ever thought about your life without the light bulb? The Light bulb is a basic thing that is necessary in every house. This device is very important, because it's the device that gives light.

The light bulb is the thing that gives us light. Our lives without the light bulb are impossible. For example, if we didn't have the light bulb we couldn't have light, and in the night we could'nt see anything in the dark. In addition, the light blub is the basic of many impotent inventions, like the television or the cellular telephone.

The light blub was invented by Thomas Edison, in the 19th century. Thanks to Thomas Edison we have light, that is easy and simple to turn on. Just try to imagine your life withoutthe light bulb.

In conclusion, the light bulb is very important to us, and for our lives The light bulb is the basic product that is necessary in every house, and without it, the basic actions that we do every day will not be so easy and simple.

My Name - Amit

My Name - Amit
When I was born, my parents decided to call me Amit. now, 15 years after this day, I'm trying to discover the source of my name. in other words, I'm going to find out why they 'gave' me this name.

Amit is a Hebrew name that means friend. It is not a modern and not an ancient name. When I asked my mother about my name, she told me that they decided to call me Amit, because she and my father wants me to be friendly.

According to the Website "zooloo", people with my name have dignity, and they don't like to receive help from other people. They are very sensitive and mature. moreover, I checked in anouther Website, walla, and I have discovered that people wite my name are very perfectionis and they always like to get attention from the people around them.

To sum up, I love my name very much and now, after I have discovered the source of my name, I feel more whole with myself.

Letter to Myself

Date: 20.9.09
Dear Amit,

I am writing this letter now, because I want you to open it in the end of the year. I hope that I will complete all my goals.

My name is Amit. I'm 15 years old. I believe that 15 is the age in which we are(gr.) need to mature, and become grown up people. I've got two little brothers, that always give me a reason to smile, but sometimes we fight (and my parents always blame me...).

My goals for the new year are very simple and attainable. The first one is to succeed in school and to be smarter than the last year, to learn new things.
My second (and important) goal is to be more attentive and sensitive to the people around me. I want to improve myself and to show to the world "the new me".

In conclusion, I want to improve myself, and learn from my mistakes. I hope that in the future I will succeed in all my goals.

Love,
Amit Ezra
