No feeling

Nowadays, when the technology takes a big place in our lives, and we use it almost on a daily base, some of the educators say that the computer may one day replace the teachers. They say that pupils can learn from their own homes with the computer, rather than go to school every day. studying could be easier and faster with the computer

I think that machines can never replace teachers. Teachers teach us things about life, emotions, and a machine can not do it. Teachers are human beings, like all of us, with emotion. If the machines replace the teachers, students will be missing a warm and loving personal relationship, that they get from teachers in the classroom.

In addition, when we have problems in school, we always have someone to turn to - the teachers, that most of the time, show empathy and consideration for the students. A Machine has no feelings, and there won't be special treatment of(ww. - in) crisis situations.

In conclusion, I think a machine can not replace the teacher, because the machine has no feelings. Students will feel helpless, lost in the education system. In my opinion, the(מיותר) combine(gr. - combining) of computers and their use in schools The(מיותר) (will be) useful to the pupils and the teachers, but computers (alone) can't teach students!

Who is responsible for our eating habits?

Some nutritionists say that people need to be more responsible for what they eat. I think that the manufacturers shouldn't be held responsible for producing healthier food, and the customers should be responsible for what they buy and eat.

Nowadays, there is a big choice and variety of products to buy and the customers are very confused and have difficulties to choose the right\ healthy product. The manufacturers don't care if their products are healthy or not .

Moreover, the manufacturers advertisements play an important part in choosing the healthy product because we are tempted by the colorful and attracting advertisements. However, we are the ones who choses(gr.) the product, we decide what to buy and no one forces us to purchase certain things if we don't want to.

To conclude, I personally think that we should make our own choices and find more information about the quality of the products we want to buy. We have to check the product if it’s healthy for us.

Gilad is still alive

Gilad Shalit is an Israel Defense Forces soldier held captive in the Hamas-run Gaza Strip since June 2006. Gilad has been captive for almost six year, but the Palestinians demand the release of many prisoners that are dangerous for our country.

Immediately following his capture, Hamas demanded the release of 1,000 Palestinian prisoners from Israeli prisons. Some people argue that the releasing of Gilad is absolutely necessary and it doesn't matter what price the Palestinians are demanding, we need to agree. Soldiers in the army should know that the country will do everything to protect them.

However, some people think the cost for returning Gilad back to Israel is too high. The Palestinians requir the exemption of prisoners that have already killed, and organized terrors attacks. If the Israeli government releases the prisoners, they will attack and hurt people. Israel has also an obligation to protect the citizens.

I support the ones who say we should free Gilad. I think like them, Gilad is one of us, and we must be there for him. I think Gilad is deserving to be free at any cost as soon as possible.

Golan Heights

The Golan Heights is a very special place. There are many plants, mountains, rivers and beautiful waterfalls, which create an amazing scenery. During the summer vacation, I went on a trip with my family. As I said before, it is a very beautiful place, located in the northern part of our country

We stayed in the Golan Heights for two days. On the first day we hiked in the “Yehudia stream”. When we entered the water it was extremely cold, and I was “freezing”. The climbing was difficult, because there are many rocks there. It was a lovely, sunny day.

On the second day, we visited Gamla. Nowadays, Gamla is an archeological ancient city in the Golan Heights. When we were in Gamla we saw a synagogue which was used for prayer until the destruction of the Second Temple. There are many eagles, and therefore, we had to keep silent.Gamla is a place, which we enjoyed visiting.

I recommend with all my heart to visit the fascinating Golan Heights and take advantage every minute. We may not enjoy this place in the years to come due to the dispute with the Syrians,who are our enemies.

Burge McCall

In the story "Burge McCall" the relationship between Burge McCall and his wife is very complicated. Burge McCall is very stingy, a lady killer, a womanizer and violent and selfish to the people around him. The thing that made him nervous the most was the way his wife looked at him. His wife was a tall woman with black hair and big black eyes. She didn’t like to talk too much and people never used her first name, they always called her Mrs. McCall.

At the beginning of the story, the relationship between those two characters is a terrible disaster. They hate each other. Burge McCall never understand his wife. When he called her names she never answered. One day Burge McCall slapped Mrs. McCall on the face and this happened because Burge McCall didn’t like the way she looked at him.

Later, in the second part of the story, Burge McCall suddenly changed his attitude towards her. He got to taking her to the movies and picnics, and he spoke nicely to her. Burge McCall changed because he thought his wife wanted to poison him because one day he went to the drugstore and the pharmacist said that Mrs. McCall had bought rat poison, and he thought that she will poison him. He became a wonderful husband and then Mrs. McCall didn't have a reason to poison him.

Finally, Burge McCall and his wife could live their happy years together inspite of all the discussions and problems that they had at the beginning of their relationship

I am writing this letter as a response to the article that was published by Eli Ashkenazi in your paper last week about teenagers who drink alcohol. I must say I was not surprised to read that a lot of teens drink alcohol and do many stupid things. I strongly disagree with this sitaution.

Last Independence Day many teens got drunk and started to mess around the country. I think they do not act with discretion and endanger themselves and others. I am strongly opposed toit.

I r11ead an article that was published in your newspapers about the behavior of teens across the country. I think they should be educated in their homes at a young age. When they drink, they are not aware of themselves, and remember nothing of the events that took place. the alcohol is consumed because of social pressure.

In conclusion, I think that the education should start young, because it avoids the phenomenon that alcohol drinking age than later, and makes them better people. I enjoyed reading the article, it was nice to know that someone else thinks like me about this.

I would like to complain about a DVD I rented last Sunday, and was planning to see with my friends. As I sat down to watch the movie , I discovered the movie wasn't the one on the cover, you gave me the wrong movie.

As a result of the movie accident , my friends were very angry at me. They thought they came to see a great movie , but instead, they got mad and left. I was very sad, because I wanted a pleasant and fun night , but instead I got a fight with my friends. Everyone's evening ended badly.

Moreover, the movie can be appropriate for our age . My friends and I are only 15 years old , and it could be awful if we saw a movie that was not for our age. It wouldn't end well.

Hashminiya

Hashminiya is a television series that was broadcast on the Israeli channel HOT Children. Although the show was designated for teenagers, it was watched by adults as well. The show was one of the most successful shows in Israel.

This television series broadcast every day besides Friday and Saturday. In the Shminiya there are a lot of famous actors, like Yadidia Vital, Adi Himelbloy and Dawn Lanny-Gabay and it is one reason for the success of this series.

The plot describes eight teenagers' lives. What's special in these children is that they are very smart and they participate in a project that draws the purpose of their brain waves to produce energy. The series is very interesting because the story also incorporates the personal lives of teenagers in the series, and it is easy for everyone to connect to the situations described in it.

In conclusion, I think that the shminiya is a very good show, and it is one of my favorite series. I recommend you to watch this series, and I hope you will love the plot and the series like I do.

Special Ring

Fifteen years ago my grandma gave me a golden ring. The ring is very beautiful and special to me, inspite of the fact that now it is not in the right size, and the ring is deep in my Dresser. This ring means a lot to me, it reminds me of my grandma.

The ring was given to me as a gift for my first birthday. It's made of solid gold and has the shape of a circle.That ring was very expensive but my grandmother wanted a respectable gift for my birthday and it mean a lot to me that she bought that ring.

This object is very important to me because it was bought by my grandmother, and symbolizes our love for each other. When I received the ring I was very small but now I understand its meaning.

I chose this ring because it was given to me by my dear grandmother. I hope it will be mine forever and I'll give it to my children when I am older as an inheritance.

The adults need to give us, the teenagers, more independence. If the parents give us freedom, we will learn from our mistakes and fix them.

I believe that parents need to release the teenagers, and if they do it, the teens will draw conclusions and fix the mistakes that happend to them as a consequence to their action. When the parents give the teenagers freedom, the teenagers will become automatically more responsible.

Every relationship is based on trust. If the adults permit the teens the independence, it will show them that their parents trust them and this fact will encourage the teenagers to succeed in their actions. When you know that someone believes in you, them will work very hard not to let him down.

In conclusion, I think that the adults need to give the teenagers more independence, and freedom. Because, if the parents give teens more freedom they will fix their mistakes.

I heard about your problem and I hope that I can help you. Actually, I think that the one who needs advice is your friend, that put himself and you in a risky situation. He drives very fast, and while he is driving he listens to loud music.

In the last year, I had the same problem as you. I worked very hard on the solution, but in the end I went to my psychologist, Almog. He told me that I had to think about my own life and not about my friend's feelings. Sometimes we need to tell our friends what we really think, in order to prevent a very sad result.

You need to talk about this with your friend, because there are many consequences to his action. When he drives very fast, he puts a lot of people in danger. In addition, in times.when your friend drives really fast he can be arrested.
